I'm Kirsten Smith, a passionate and highly experienced kitchen designer known for creating stunning, bespoke kitchen spaces that balance style with functionality. With a deep love for design and an eye for detail, I take pride in crafting kitchens that are not only beautiful but also practical for everyday living.

After earning a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and a diploma in Interior & Spatial Design, I stepped into the kitchen industry and I’ve never looked back. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked across three independent retailers, benefiting from a breadth of knowledge from those who have been in the world of kitchen design for decades before me and honing my own approach to design.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the honour of being a finalist for the KBSA Young Designer Award, the BKU Best Kitchen Design Award, and the EVAs Creative Industry Award. In 2024, I was proud to receive the Silver Award at the Wirral Life Awards for New Business of the Year. My work has also been featured in KBB magazine, which has been a wonderful recognition of the journey so far.

Designing kitchens has remained a constant through all stages of my personal life - from being a single first-time homeowner to now being married with a young family in our third home. These experiences have shaped how I understand different lifestyles and the way people use their spaces, allowing me to empathise with clients at every stage of life.

Every client has their own vision, personality, and practical needs, and I take the time to truly listen. I enjoy working closely with people to understand their preferences, routines, and budget, while offering thoughtful suggestions and creative solutions to bring their dream kitchen to life.

With a strong focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction, I pride myself on forging meaningful connections with my clients. My friendly and approachable nature, coupled with my ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, ensures that clients feel heard and included throughout the design process.
