As a freelance kitchen designer, Kirsten recognises the challenges encountered by independent retailers with small teams, who may struggle to meet client needs, facing a sudden influx of work or staffing issues. By utilising her service, you can reduce your current workload, allowing you to dedicate more time to nurturing your client relationships.
Kirsten has three packages available:
Package 1 – You will receive the Winner PRW file containing full design alone (i.e. no renders, no floor plan, no amendments)
Package 2 – You will receive the Winner PRW file with fully rendered images, detailed floor plan, elevations. Still no amendments included.
Package 3 – You will receive fully rendered images, detailed floor plan, and elevations, all ready to be presented to your client but the PRW file is retained until the retailer is happy that the design is complete. ASCII file exported and sent (so you can import into EQ/KBB Connect etc) as well as item list. One set of minor amendments included.
There is an hourly rate for any further amendments.
Any images/plans you receive will not include any of Kirsten Smith's branding so that you are free to present in any way you wish.

Pop Kirsten an email with your details and which package you require. Please send the initial Winner PRW file* with client's floor plan already inputted. Please also send photos of their existing kitchen if relevant and full brief of what is to be included - door style and colour, manufacturer if known, worktop choice, floor style if known, and what appliances the client requires, locations if known (eg hob on island) and more information about the client - who lives at home, do they like to cook etc. Kirsten may request a phone/video call if necessary to get more information.
When both parties are happy that all the relevant information is shared, Kirsten will create the design (all three packages are based on 3 hours of work and any further time will be charged hourly, or if known from the start that it is going to take longer a price will be agreed between retailer and Kirsten prior to work commencing. You will receive a preview of the design to confirm you are happy, at which point an invoice will be sent and you will receive the full design upon receipt of payment.
*If the retailer cannot send PRW with floor plan and requires a design from scratch then an additional fee will be charged and it will be understood that as Kirsten will be working from retailer’s plan or architect’s plan then she takes no responsibility for errors in measurements.
